Studio apartment, located at 1st floor, features a balcony ( ca.10 mq ) with table and chairs and lake view, in the living/dining room it has a very comfortable sofa bed for 2 people and 1 extra single bed, Free WiFi, satellite TV lcd, radio/cd player, kitchen corner with all the necessary kitchen appliances, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, air conditioning, 1 bathroom with shower/wc.
The price includes: towels and table linens (supply 2 x week), bed linens (supply 1 x week), free WiFi, air conditioning, electricity, gas, heating and hot water, 1 parking place.
Other facilities at disposal of our guests: garden with table and chairs; at “Villa Phoenix”: deposit for bike, Sup and windsurfing boards, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
At disposal, on preview request and subject to availability: Audio Station for Mobiles/IPhone/IPad,DVD-player, baby bed with linen and highchair.
Upon advance request and subject to availability, you can use our city bikes, to be collected and returned to our "Residence Alle Palme" house.
Check-in from 4 p.m. till 7 p.m. Check-in takes place at "Villa Phoenix".The apartemnt must be vacated by 09 a.m.
A caution of €.100,00 is requested upon arrival.
Not included: Final cleaning: Euro 50,00
Pets allowed only on previous request, maximum 1 pet per apartment: extra charge Euro 15,00 per night.
City Tax, Euro 1,00 per night per person (applicable on the first 10 nights, excluded children under 14 years)

Standard Rate
An earnest money (caparra confirmatoria) of 33% of the total amount is requested upon reservation
In the event of cancellation or amendment:
-within 31 days prior to arrival: No penalty
-from 30 to 14 days prior to arrival : Penalty 33% of the total amount of the booking
-from13 to 7 days prior to arrival : Penalty 50% of the total amount of the booking
-Cancellations or subsequent amendments: Penalty the total amount
In the event of non arrival (no-show): Penalty the total amount
