Our house is situated in a peaceful position just 30 meters from the beach and approximately 1 Km from the historical centre of Riva del Garda with a lakeside promenade.
 

The apartments of the Residence Villa Phoenix have been carefully furnished for your convenience and offer you all the comfort you need for a pleasant holiday in Riva del Garda. Close by you can find restaurants, bars, shops and a supermarket.

1 uncovered parking per apartment is available upon request and an extra charge of € 10.00 per day is requested. (maximum 1 parking space per apartment).

At free disposal, on advanced request and subject to availability:  DVD-player, Audio Station for Mobiles/IPhone/IPod, baby bed with linens and highchair.

Upon advance request and subject to availability, you can use our city bikes, to be collected and returned to our "Residence Alle Palme" house, with an extra charge of € 5.00 per day.

Pets are welcome, only upon request and with an extra charge.
