Club Nautico

“Club Nautico” one small studio-apartment facing the beach with lake view,
 located near our house “Villa Phoenix”,  an 15 minutes walk from the historical centre of Riva del Garda. 

The apartment, of approximately 28 mq, is positioned at the 1st floor of a building.
The beautiful balcony, of about 10 mq, offers a great view of the lake waterfront and it’s furnished with table, chairs and deckchairs. The comfortable living room is provided with sofa-bed for 2 people and one extra single bed.  The same room includes a kitchen with all necessary appliances and it’s complete of refrigerator, kettle, dishwasher and microwave oven. The bathroom is supplied with  shower and all necessary fittings.
A great range of appliances are available in the apartment: air-conditioning, LCD TV, satellite TV, radio and cd player.
Other facilities: garden, parking place for 1 car  and deposit for bike and surf.
